Mimosa Sunrise

Mimosa Sunrise was the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in since we’ve been vacationing in the Smokies (which has been for over 40 years)! The cabin is immaculately clean, the listing photos are spot-on accurate, and you cannot get a better view of the mountains than what you get here. We had a group of 12, and the place is HUGE! There is so much to do for everyone, we all enjoyed the games, the theater, and we all ended each evening by sitting at the beautiful fire pit. This cabin is very well stocked, every thing you’d ever need for cooking is already at the cabin! We made a large prime rib dinner, and the bears outside must’ve smelled it, because we saw quite a few bears during our time here, one even outside the front door in the driveway! This cabin is worth the stay, our group had a wonderful time, and we didn’t want to leave. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This could not have been any better for our group of old men. We had a blast with every aspect of the home. Best place we have ever stayed in over 25 years.

The cabin is nicely laid out & the mountain views are beautiful. It is nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. The homeowner is quick to respond to any questions & addresses any issues quickly. She is very kind. The road to the cabin is all paved but it is very steep in a few places. Being a native Floridian, I would not drive that road in snow/ice conditions.

We had an incredible stay and truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculate and beautifully maintained everything was. The views were absolutely breathtaking — even better than the pictures!The owners have thought of everything. The games, activities, and entertainment for the kids were perfection and kept them busy and having fun throughout our entire stay. The accommodations and amenities felt endless, and there was something for everyone to enjoy.The location was also perfect — convenient to everything we wanted to do while still giving us a beautiful, peaceful place to come back to and relax. We also got lucky and spotted a Bear with her 2 cubs. Adorable!!!This property exceeded our expectations in every way. You can tell so much thought and care has gone into making sure guests have an amazing experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone considering booking. We cannot wait to stay here again! Definitely a 5-star experience!

Mindy place on mimosa drive is top notch! There is something for everyone. We had a smaller group than originally planned but it was just as fun! 10:10 would return, the views are spectacular!
